Three decades ago, the Korean National Symphony Orchestra was born out of the passion of its 40 founding musicians. Since then, it has grown, responding to the high expectations of our audience, and driven by the vocational aspiration of our musicians. Throughout that history, it has been our passion for music that has sustained us in our endeavor and concern to uphold the value of this treasured art form, so that the Korean National Symphony Orchestra is here standing proudly beside you in this current age.
We continue to dream, embracing a spirit of “flexibility and innovation” as the catalyst of our passion for music.
We hold to the dream that our music will touch your lives and that this will become a place where brilliant young musicians can freely pursue their future, and that one day we will become the pride of the entire nation of Korea on the world stage.
